Hotel is perfectly located for all attractions whether it be by metro, walking or bus . Clean , friendly .The reception staff are always happy to help with any plans and always welcome you back with a lovely smile . Would definitely recommend a stay here .. just a typical quintessential Italian hotel nestled in a cobbled side street , totally safe and 5 mins away from Colloseum !

The Hotel just went through a major renovation and reopened 2 months ago. They did a great job renovating the rooms with a modern style and look. The staff is amazing! Barbara, Alicia and the hotel Manager are very friendly and professional. They were helpful with their information and recommendations. The Hotel is located steps away from The Coliseum and walking distance to all the other major sites to see. Breakfast was great every morning before you head out. Thank you! We’ll be back!

The front desk staff were very professional polite. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel as there was no air conditioning (despite there being advertisement), leaving the only option to open the windows which resulted in a lot of mosquitoes and ants entering the room. It was also quite loud throughout the very early morning hours (3 am onwards). There was also a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. Hopefully the property can address these concerns as the staff go above and beyond to welcome you.

Molto positivo

Hotel molto comodo in posizione centralissima. La mia stanza era davvero molto piccola, con il lavandino vicino al letto. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. Ottima la colazione e bella anche la sala. E’ possibile portare via la colazione se si parte presto e il personale è gentilissimo. Ho solo dovuto chiedere varie volte di spegnere l’aria condizionata all’ultimo receptionist, ma direi che anche il personale è gentilissimo in tutto.
