We had the family room with washer/dryer. Apartment was very well situated. Right next to the train main train station and other public transport. Car rental and grocery also near by. We had plenty of kitchen ware, soap for de washing machine and dish washer. Toilet cabinet and shower room were separated, perfect for privacy. Both totally closed off with a wall for the bedroom.

Hotel is very modern, clean an comfortable. The public “flat” area is a nice feature where you can grab a nice cup of coffee and get some space outside the room. Only negative is that the room’s bathroom area is encased with a see-through glass door so if you are using shower, toilet or just brushing teeth —you are in unobstructed view of the bed area. We did a workaround by draping a sheet over the glass door for privacy but this was an unpleasant surprise. I hope they can put some privacy film in the doors in the future

Nice location, poorly maintained.

We rented 3 rooms, 2 didnt have AC to start, one never did, they fixed the other after an uncomfortable first night. All the showers overflowed. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location but its poorly maintained and serviced. The tech on our first night (all via phone since no one on site) kind of told me good luck sorry youre room is flooding in the shower and that its hot.

Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel and the tech (to unlock doors remotely using your phone) worked without any hassle. The concept of having no front of house (reception) did feel odd. I'm not sure what would happen if your phone got stolen and you are a solo traveller. Another odd thing is having a glass door to the toilet. Works if youre solo but otherwise not sure about that. I was also allocated a room that turned out having a common terrace outside the window and I didn't like that. But the hassle of not having a reception to discuss this with and only staying two nights made me just accept it. Overall, the room was of good standard and condition. Location excellent with an entrance to Munich Main station almost at the hotels door step and you are at walking distance to all the sights in central Munich. But I don't think I would stay again if traveling alone, as I would prefer a staffed reception.

The first thing on arriving is our digital key did not work even though online it said our room was ready. What really made the stay quite unworkable for us as a group of friends traveling together is that the bathroom door is of clear glass so there is absolutely no privacy when using the bathroom. We ended up having to rig a sheet over the glass to find some privacy. The We Wash laundry system was a headache and the QR code provided did not connect the machines so that we could use them. The lady at the reception was quite rude when we asked for help. I’m short it was not a welcoming stay and we would not stay here again or recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel is new, modern, and features a terrace and a common area with a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare and eat meals and enjoy complimentary water, herbal teas, and cereals. The hotel is located just steps from Marienplatz. I recommend it because it has everything a traveler needs.

The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfy. The room is clean and the staff is helpful to let us place the luggage in the room as we got there at an early time. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Munich.

Strange how the bed is on a rail at the back wall. When you sit on the edge of the bed it rolls away and at check in my wife was on the other side and the bed slammed into her foot. The room was comfortable and was nice to have the two beds divided by storage units. The sofa bed should be changed out for a bed so the third person is not stuck with a very uncomfortable pull out. Very close to transit and many of the sites downtown. Cost is very high per night and no housekeeping for our stay.

Rigtig fint lejlighedshotel der ligger tæt på alting især centralstationen, alt var rent og nyt. Sengene var gode og køkkenet med alt man skal bruge. Man skal dog være opmærksom på, at der ikke som sådan er noget service og personale, hverken på hotellet eller over telefonen, da deres telefonnummer ikke virker. Derudover skal hoteller virkelig stoppe med at have full on glas dør og vægge til badeværelset.
