Overall service is not being provided, very disappointing and we felt like being discriminated!!!
Not very happy and management is very hard to contact for needs and services.

Suite very difficult to get access entry. After 6pm remote check in, we ring several times but no one answered. Called telephone number to get remote check in assistance.
Email notice of remote check in instructions sent too late on day of check in during our flight, should have been sent two days or at least a day ahead like other hotels.
Not recommending this suite for travelling family.
