Our stay at the All Seasons River Inn in Leavenworth was awesome. Very clean and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The property was very well kept. We slept with the slider open to the sounds of the river. Awesome. The mattress was very comfortable. Only a five minute drive to the Front Street shops. Very convenient. A unique and charming hotel experience! There is no traditional lobby or reception desk—just clear instructions and access codes to enter the property and your room, making the check-in process simple and hassle-free. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a lovely ambiance that made it feel warm and inviting. A big plus was the cozy nook overlooking the river, which added a special touch to the stay. All rooms have access to a patio with stunning river views, along with multiple seating options where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a wonderful place with a unique concept, beautiful rooms, and a peaceful riverside atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I took my husband here for his birthday. It’s a beautiful tucked in the woods getaway. It has a beautiful river right below the balcony you can enjoy the sound of the river all night the bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean and beautiful.

We stayed at All Seasons River Inn for the last leg of our 30th anniversary PNW road trip and it was perfect in every way! The property is beautiful...just like the photos on Expedia. We stayed in the Colorado/Cottonwood apartment and it was clean, well maintained, had nice furnishings, and an amazing view for days. Property management was attentive, check-in was easy, and we can't wait to go back and stay even longer. If you want a peaceful retreat just outside of the downtown area of Leavenworth, then this is the place.

Great property. Stayed in a river view room. Bed was super comfy. Hot water didn’t get super hot but not bad. The inn keepers really did think of everything though, with a cabinet that had all the toiletries in case you forgot. There are on septic so the toilet paper is super thin, if that matters to you. Property was off the main strip which was just what we wanted, still only about a five minute drive everywhere. Parking for only one car, which was fine for us (and clearly stated in the booking info). Would stay here again. Pic of my Lego set assembled there and the view.
