Little bit difficult to get Masjid E Nabawi with young kids and buggy as it's right next to main road, and no straight pedestrian route. It was very busy every day we stayed and people leaving their door open so it could get alot noisy.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the Prophets Mosque and to shopping malls which is ideal. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had the facilities that are generally required. Overall it was pleasant and comfortable.

Well they couldn't provide bare minimum facilities.
Like they didn't provide toilet tissue in my 3 night stay. I had to buy my own.
There is no remote for air-conditioner. You have only option either turn on or off.
You hardly find front staff and even you find anyone, their approach shows you are begging them.
Wifi doesn't work inside the room.
Toilets is smelly and poor ventilation.
And woif seems know everything as they won't take any corrective action. Their response against my complain was bias to the hotel.
This hotel is a scam.

Room was clean and tidy, new bedding and pillows. Kettle, fridge was provided. No iron was in room or available from reception.
Bathroom was clean and tidy, large in size. Shower was faulty not giving hot water, took few requests before it was changed promptly within few mins. Used for few days without hot water.
Room service was excellent.. Towels given when requested and room cleaned mid week. Soap bars bit hard to use so bought own.
Has large foyer area with ac for sitting and waiting for taxi etc. Can use toilets on ground and mezzanine floor for additional wudhu. Has food close by for Asian style food.
Though you have to cross a main road walk to Prophet's Masjid was only 8mins towards gate 320. No mad rush like on south side of Masjid hotels.
For the price and convenience can't fault the hotel and service. Arrived early and was given room before the allocated time which allowed us the spend the first half day productivily by going to Masjid Quba on sat after Fajr and doind Salaam after zohr and janatul baqee after Asr. Alh all obstacles were removed by the Grace of Allah. May our intentions have been correct and it be accepted by him.
