Clean , very spacious room . Hotel management is excellent. Lindsey is wonderful manager and very helpful. We have booked here 3 times and just booked our 4th visit. So close to walk everywhere we wanted to visit.

The units were quite large apartment-style rooms, which were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is located right outside the port where the cruise ships dock with walkable access the circus and tourist shopping village.

Room was massive and dated but clean. Sliding door lock didnt work and there werent any other rooms available so i wrapped my belt around the handles for security overnight. Location close to the pier was my main reason for staying here. I would stay again if I had business at the Port Zante pier.

Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! Just having my last beer here on the balcony;)

We had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking he street. The street is particularly noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings with much loud music. The room was once of a high spec and is still ok for a short stay. Our bed sheets did not look clean.

The staff was super friendly! The room was very big and pretty but there were several things broken like the toilet seat cover and toilet paper holder. It was conveniently located in walking distance of the cruise terminal shops and restaurants but far enough away as to seem a little sketchy.

The hotel didn’t have AC. It also had a big electric metal gate to keep people out who weren’t staying there. However it ran on power. Our hotel lost power so we were literally locked inside.

The front office staff was very polite and helpful. The room on the other hand needed some TLC. The shower was broken, the bed was like sleeping on rocks and the room had mouldy smell
