Had I overnight in Panama... I wanted someplace close to multiplaza mall. Taxi was 3 balboas to the mall The staff was great, helpful and very friendly! Room was a little outdated but very clean and comfortable! Shower was hot but could use more pressure. I will probably stay again soon!!

In general, the hotel was very nice. It was scrupulously clean, which was very important for our stay. The staff were pleasant and spoke various languages. The only concern was the sense that the property needed some renovation. I would recommend this hotel for someone who wanted a clean room without a lot of frills located in the Cangrejo area of Panama City.

Front desk was helpful in providing a new room quickly. Rooms do not match what is portrayed in photos online. The staff made it better. When we arrived they said we don’t have reservation. The front desk person was so upset because she was alone with a lot of customers waiting. Even though we got successfully the room, it was terrible. There was no hair dryer, security box not working, the floor was dirty, the door couldn’t open well, no face towels, etc. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel.
