Enjoyed our stay here- room and bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was clean and in great condition. Area is very convenient and quiet. Close to beaches and 30A towns, but without the crowds! Using an app instead of in-person staff was the only down side

Terrific little boutique hotel. Loved the one-bedroom unit with a full kitchen. It had everything we needed including washer /dryer. Location was very convenient. An easy 20 minute walk to a public beach access and easy drive to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very very very comfortable and with the blackout shade I slept very well. The room was also very pretty. Nice artwork and nice finishes in the bathroom. The microwave, mini fridge, and tea/ coffee station was a very nice addition. Will absolutely stay there again.

The room was great! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Just wish the AC unit didn't blow the cold air straight down on my head in bed. Also, the 1 1/2 gap under the door is probably causing the company to lose a lot of $ with all the cool air escaping.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the convenience of being so close to the beach, as well as the easy access to shopping plazas and restaurants. We met a few locals during our visit, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One evening, we had dinner at Lola’s Italian Restaurant, and our bartender, Heather, was exceptionally sweet. The entire staff was warm and hospitable. We also visited Outcast Bar & Grill and had a great experience there as well. Thank you, Jeff. May God bless you and your family. The property was clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be back!

Had an excellent stay, considering the value this time of year. Just to let you know because I want you to know about it and I’m not including it in my official review, the chair outside of our room the blue chair, is broken. That’s a lawyer‘s wet dream. Also, you have a brand new coffee maker that has no ability to be plugged in because of the short cord without setting the coffee maker on a chair or the ground. At the minimum, you won’t have anybody use the coffee maker, at the maximum they’re going to use the coffee maker and put it on a chair and burn your chair, eventually We shall return

Booked a room on a work trip for the night. Pulled in to the parking lot at 11:15pm. ZERO STAFF ON PROPERTY. ZERO CHECK IN LOBBIES. Did the email signature and all once I realized its all VIRTUAL CHECK IN. Waited another half hour and never received my login code or room number. I called the number on the page to get help, just to be transferred because of "new management", just to sit on the phone and be told im next in queue for 45 minutes. Hotels.com actually responded and tried to contact them with no success. They finally just gave me a refund and told me I should just try to find another hotel. So, if you are by yourself or sending your wife and kids here, just know they will be left alone in the dark in the parking lot. Ive stayed in THOUSANDS of hotels over the last 10 years with my job and this is by far the worst experience ive ever had. I went across the highway behind First Watch and Home2Suites had me in a room in under 10 minutes.

The location was good. The check-in process with lack of physical people was complicated. We had a group of people that booked separately (4 rooms total). It was tons of spam emails asking us to book another vacation mixed in with important ones that need documents filled in with picture IDs. , etc. One of the grandparents that booked didn’t get the email verification and we ended up spending over an hour on phone calls until we finally found someone able to help resolve the room issue. Do yourself a favor and try a different venue until they correct the check-in process and maintenance. We had leaking toilet on arrival and the general cleanliness had that of a typical no name motel. When we told them about it they said maintenance was done for the day and first chance they would have to address would be in the morning. I also messaged the “apps” they tell you to use and never got a response. Poor business model. Good luck.
