Before you arrive, text the number listed for the property to get check in instructions. Don’t message them through the app, don’t call them, don’t WhatsApp them. Just text. They will send you your room number and door codes. The first couple times these might be incorrect. Fortunately they were very responsive when I messaged so I was able to get it sorted. Other than the check-in difficulties, it’s a serviceable basic room where you can crash for a night before heading to your cruise or whatever.

Not a motel/ hotel but a home in a terrible neighborhood. Not safe area for me nor the car was safe. Totally misrepresented. Never checked in and Hotel.com would not honor a refund. I am calling the BBB to report Hotel.com

This room was extremely basic. There was no overhead light switch to be found, and the only lamp was a desk light with a USB plug and no usb outlet. The AC vent was closed when I arrived, and the room was very stuffy. I stood on the desk chair and opened the vent fin by fin. The shared kitchen for the 7 rooms had the bare minimum (2 spoons and 4 forks total). The sink in the bathroom across the hall had tremendously low water pressure. The shower in the same bathroom worked wonderfully. The single room was roughly 7’x7’. It had one electrical outlet, one pillow, one bath towel, and enough room for your bags at the foot of the bed. You get what you pay for with this location.

Room was tiny. Basically just a bed. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Air was at 69*, which make the tiny room freezing cold. Area was a dump. Would not attempt to shower in the tiny shower. Please do not show pictures online which totally mislead the customer as to what they are receiving in accommodations. The kitchen was nice and inviting however. Just wish the rest of property was as nice.

I went to the bathroom someone had urinated all over the toilet. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. The pillows smelled terrible. One of the plugsdidnt work. I was not aware this was a house and the bathroom was communal. Instead of being called a hotel it should be called a hostel. There was someone trying to get lnto my room from the outside. I smelled weed and it was really loud.

Couldn’t stay here! We pulled in to the driveway and this place is scary. We were even afraid to get out of our car! Neighborhood extremely creepy and felt unsafe. We had to drive to a public place to search for a place to stay.

Took days to get a reply on instructions to access this property. Parking is very limited. Someone was knocking on every door at 5am because they were blocked in. Bed was not comfortable and noisy. Someone used our code to open the door at 9:30 pm as we were getting for bed. No apology from him. No secondary lock inside room so my wife was terrified the rest of the night. Would never stay there again.

I did not know it was set up like a hostel. It is a house with a bunch of rooms with 1 bathroom. This place should be a 20 dollar a night type of place. I was extremely deceived and Disappointed. I want a refund because i did not stay. Also, Expedia stated that my card would not be charded just to make the reservation. It was charged immediately! I am completely unsatisfied both from Expedia and Pacifica. I was totally mislead!

The room was kept clean while I was out . The bathroom are shared But everyone Does follow House rules . Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Great kitchen amenities . House keeping one message away immediately delivering extra Towels. My only complaint is some food smells coming from kitchen after each microwave use. But overall amazing.

The bed quality was poor. The bed was noisy with every move and was uncomfortable. The cleaning could have been improved. The property needed a sign outside and clearer instructions to how to enter and where the entrance is. It was very confusing and it was not clear that this was a shared bathroom. There was no TV in the room either.

It's really hard to find it. No sign. If no other people stay there, we'll never found out. The room is so small that you barely go to bed. There are 3 bulbs, 2 of them are broken. Don't book this kind of motel again. Too disappointed!

Property was alright though the area looked a bit sketchy and there was a loud guest that was banging on people's doors asking about a car that was blocking the way at 2 am but other than that places was pretty clean and bed was nice.
