O quarto não era muito limpo, tinha sujeira e mofo nos cantos do banheiro e do próprio quarto. Estacionamento é na calçada e na rua, mas só de você der sorte de ter vaga. A equipe poderia ser mais simpática. No geral foi OK, mas esperava mais pelo preço. A localização é excelente! . Não voltaria porque a parte da limpeza deixou a desejar.

O café-da-manhã é bom, precisando melhorar a agilidade na limpeza das mesas - é difícil encontrar mesas limpas, dado ao fluxo de hóspedes e, aparentemente, equipe pequena para atender a demanda. A recepção foi excelente, com funcionários extremamente atenciosos, educados e prestativos. Como pontos negativos, destaco a garagem e o estacionamento, que são bastante difíceis de acessar. A entrada e a saída são muito estreitas, especialmente para veículos maiores, o que torna as manobras complicadas. Além disso, apesar de o hotel adotar política de ambiente livre de fumo, o quarto apresentava odor de cigarro.
