O tamanho do quarto estava bom, bem como do banheiro, contudo, a limpeza deixou a desejar uma vez que ficamos quatro dias hospedados e não limparam o quarto nenhum um dia, mesmo colocando o lembrete para limpar e pedir na recepção.

Ao chegar no quarto a impressão que o chao estava sujo, com marcas de pano de chão.O banheiro ok, roupas de cama ok.A equipe da recepção precisa ser treinada, os mesmos apresentava-se bem desorientados, não passaram as instruções diretos, chegamos no quarto e a Tv não estava funcionando e nem ligando através do controle, avisamos na recepção falaram que o tecnico da manuntenção iria verificar , o mesmo foi e disse que precisava trocar a Tv, até o dia que fizemos o check-out ninguem apareceu para fazer a troca da aparelho. Esperando atendimentos. Café da manhã ok.

Foi muito boa! Exceto pelo barulho nos corredores! Não há placas de silêncio, há hóspedes que precisam ler um aviso para saber se comportar. Aconteceu um bate boca bem turbulento em frente ao meu quarto de madrugada e simplesmente O recepcionista não chamou a atenção!

Ambiente do quarto em péssimas condições de higiene. Com cheiro forte de ranço. Travesseiros desconfortáveis e com cheiro de mofo. Movéis com odr Piscina de adulto não tem parte rasa. Tenho 1,62 de altura e não pude usar tive que ficar na ponta dos dedos o dia que fui tentar usar.
