No one at desk when we checked in , had to check in over the phone .. when we got to our room the tv was not working , no one At desk to tell , had to call check in number , was told it be fixed next day , next morning when we cam back to our room in the afternoon it still wasn’t working had to call again as no one at front desk .. did finally get it working … kinda disappointing no breakfast either just coffee from a keureg machine

Room and hotel looked nothing like the photos online. Room was somewhat clean. Not spotless but definitely could've been a lot worse. It is a contactless check in do you check in via a phone and lockbox with everyone's keys inside.

The contactless check in process was impersonal. Don't get me wrong, the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. It just didn't give me a warm, "welcome to our motel" feeling. The room was clean and after a day of driving, that was a welcome sight.

Great overnight stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Just an overnight stay. No breakfast and only a Keurig, which I won’t drink but other then that, no complaints.

After check-in, I used the rest room by the lobby and was surprised that there were no paper towels or a working blow dryer. The only thing available to dry my hands was a small white cotton towel hanging from a towel rack. Very unsanitary. I stopped by the front desk at 8:45 pm to ask a question. No one was available. No one was available at checkout the following morning at 10:45, as well. I loaded the car and went back to the room to make sure I hadn't missed anything, but my key wouldn't work. I couldn't get a working key because no one was at the front desk. It's a good thing I took everything out to the car without locking the door.

Tiene buena ubicación si quieres ingresar de nuevo a la autopista y seguir tu viaje, pero si es para quedarte en la ciudad está un poco alejada del centro. El edificio está un poco viejo y desgastado, pero su servicio y limpieza es buena.

Selected this property thinking it was mid-range -- not too pricy but not a dive. It's definitely ... "mid." Paint and curtains don't hide the fact it's old. Beds are uncomfortable and super creaky. Bathroom fan on its last leg. Shower was short, but pressure was good. Pillows thin and limp. Just stuffy and not nice. We felt safe, but not snug.
