Great hotel! I loved the beach club, it was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of Tulum Beach, you can walk to the restaurants, bars and other spots and don’t have to spend money on cab.

Me hospedé en Mía cuatro noches y en general la experiencia fue buena. La ubicación es increíble, el club de playa está muy bonito y la comida también está bien. Las instalaciones se sienten un poco descuidadas. Entiendo que al estar a pie de playa el clima influye, pero sí hay detalles que podrían mejorar. Algo que sí nos pasó fue la falta de comunicación. En recepción nos dijeron que podíamos usar el club de playa, pero ya estando ahí nos querían cobrar cover para entrar. Sabemos que hay áreas específicas para huéspedes, pero íbamos a consumir (y sí consumimos bastante), entonces sí se siente raro. Es un gran lugar, pero con mejor mantenimiento y más coordinación entre el equipo la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser schönen Anlage, den tollen Zimmern und dem sehr freundlichen Personal. Man kann von fast überall das Meer sehen und ewig am Strand entlang laufen. Es gibt kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Tattooshops, Kunst und teure Fashion-Boutiken ringsherum. Auf dem Gelände ist ein Parkplatz für Gäste, ein Restaurant, eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Sitzbereich und Kühlschrank, ein Getränkeautomat und eine kleine Bibliothek. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel, the rooms are very big, with balcony, there is a pool and they close it very late! So it’s very cool after a day of activities you can come back to enjoy the pool, the restaurant amazing! Juan is very nice and took a very good care of us, overall it’s a great place to stay at Tulum I would come back!

The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great.
