The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was average, mine had a dip on the side that was not comfortable. The staff went out of their way to assist me when Expedia messed up my reservation. Took forever for Expedia to correct and one Expedia service rep just flat lied about contacting the hotel. Another rep had to get on the line to correct. Kudos to the hotel staff!
