It’s like a mini resort absent of parties and stuff unless they’re done on certain days. Imagine staying in a mini one bedroom cabin that leads to the pool. There’s two pools and bars. A restaurant which I only explored for the free breakfast. The only thing which I didn’t like too much is there being a charge for orange juice. My other hotels offered that with my breakfast and then the rooms could use a power wash and hot water. Certain areas of the floor and walls were stained. There’s a mini fridge with had 2 cans of coke, sprint would’ve been nice instead. The WiFi sucked which also caused the TV to buffer.

Great place to stay. The rooms are containers, it was unexpected when I arrived, however, very nice, well insulated and feels very cozy. The washroom is small but fine. the location is amazing, in front off the beach. 2 things that I would like to mention as a suggestion and not as a negative point. They only give you water when you arrive. considering the price of the hotel and because the water conditions at the hotel are not good, evem to brush your teeth, they shouls have a water fountain or something available for us to fill our water bottles. They also have day passes and those guests don't respect the rules and dont care as the regular guests. they leave garbage behind and have kids on the infinity pool that supposed to be for 18+.as th

The manager, Jorge, was particularly helpful and always friendly and cheerful. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The grounds of the hotel are uniquely attractive, there being many pathways and multiple pools and at night attractive lighting. And then the beach is right there along with classic Palm trees making an overall alluring setting.

The property is very nice aa well as the location but they do not care about their guests. We never received housekeeping service during our entire stay. I asked the lobby directly to service my room and when I got back nothing was done. One of the shower doors was broken. There was this horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom sink. The door to the room was extremely difficult to close and lock. As a woman traveling alone security is very important. The bed is so firm it is like sleeping on cement. When you check in they give you a phone to call the lobby, security, and restaurant. They told me if you need are out late you can call security to open the gate for you. We called them 4 times and no answer we were waiting for them for 20 minutes until they decide to open the gate for us. The restaurant on property had horrible service, they did not care to help me or make me feel comfortable. They were very short and rude anytime they would come to our table. For the price I payed I would never stay here again!!
