There were no lights in parking lot at night. No signs for street or name of property. Requested a 2 queen bed non smoking and initially given. 1 king bed smoking room but went back to desk and they "found the room I requested.

We did not know the property just changed hands a few weeks ago. Here for a near by wedding. We were just at about the only ones there. No free breakfast. Front desk women was nice. Almost charged twice for rooms. I had paid on Expedia and she was going to charge my son and I again. She did clear it up after speaking to her manager.The beds and bedding were nice.

I would like at least a partial refund! I should never have been offered lodging that is under construction. The latch on the door was falling off and there was no hot water in the shower. The staff member said someone else complained but maybe I didn’t turn it on right. INSULTING!
