We had a wonderful stay at the Ixora Hotel and Spa Our room was ginormous so moving around in my electric wheelchair was so easy as was going into the bathroom which was fully fitted and adapted for an amputee. The one disappointment in the bedroom was the minimal amount of wardrobe facilities and no particular place for cases. The lack of soft furnishings or even hard chairs in the lounge area was so severe that we were required to retire to our bedroom.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature control was very quiet too. My friend had accessibility requirements and was happy with how accessible the hotel was.

Another great escape. This hotel is a jewel in the crown of North Wales tourism. Modern, well-equipped and with excellent staff. This was our sixth stay at the hotel and we cannot wait for our seventh!

The room was very nice and clean, only downside was the windows can not be opened and the mattress was very noisy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, a good variety of choice on the breakfast menu and other mealtime menus.
