Great room with management company difficulties
Beautiful room with a great view, booking online was easy but had trouble getting in contact with management company. Check in is 4pm and we went to a blue jays game that started at 3pm. We paid for the street parking (3hr max) so we ended up paying for underground parking elsewhere until the game was done. I called and asked about parking the car early at the building and they said they would call back with an answer 5 minutes later and never got a call back. I e-transfered the security deposit at 2 pm. The management company was from Florida without a 1-800 number so I will have long distance charges. After 5 pm I still had no check in information, I contacted the management company and then received check in information, had to go up to the room to get they fob for the unground parking then go back outside to get the car and bring it in. When we came back shortly after midnight the fob for the elevator woudnt work, I called and texted the management company to get help and never heard back until 12 hours later. When we checked out the instructions said to take the fob with you and drive your car out of the parking garage, then we had to find street parking and go back inside and up the elevator back to the room to leave the room keys and fobs then back outside. The add says sleeps 4 however the listing is actually a shared common room/ bathroom. You must book both rooms to be able to sleep 4. There was 2 different contacts messaging at the same time, one would be simpler
