The comfort system in the room? It did not work, it only blew cold air and could not be left on therefore it couldn't be used. The front disk clerk it was very good and tryed to accommodate us from non cleaned room into a room he himself believed it was clean. It certainly appeared. The house cleaning staff. Really didn't care if they did their Efficiently or not. My wife was extremely upset and vowed not to return. It should be noted that we had stayed there one time previously and returned because we were very pleased. This time not so much.

beds were uncomfortable and there was a huge light shined bright into our window all night even with curtains closed. It was okay for one night but not somewhere i would stay more than one night. It was loud though and its hard to eep when u need to get back on the road the night day early.

The room was clean and very spacious. Most of the staff was very friendly, and it was nice to have a fridge in the room. We did have an issue with the toilet clogging. We called the front desk to have someone come plunge it, they said they would send housekeeping, and we left for the day. When we got back late at night we noticed that no one had come to unclog it. I called the front desk again and the giy told me to go to the office and he would give me a plunger. Very unfriendly and uncaring that no one had bothered to deal with it when we called earlier in the day. Overall, our stay was good besides that situation.

This Journey Inn was a great place to stay at and it was very convenient since it was walking distance from a lot of restaurants and quick eats. I highly recommend the Journey Inn if you want a cheap and affordable hotel to stay at when traveling to Sacramento. I’d definitely come back again.
