I booked 3 nights at this place. After a 10 hour drive, I made it to the hotel only to receive slow service checking in. Once in the hotel room, I turned down the covers and noticed the bed sheets were not clean and it appeared had recently been slept in. I tried to contact the front desk but no answer. I sent a message through the App and the took a quick shower hoping to get a reply. I pulled the blanket back up on the bed and laid down to find the bed was very hard, except for a spot that seemed very soft. I tried to contact the front desk again and was told someone would get back to me. I contacted HOTELS.COM and let them know the situation and I indicated I wanted to cancel the remainder of my stay via their chat.
Was told by Hotels.com that they would refund the remaining 2 nights and for me to get a new reservation. I did all that... only to be informed the next day that this hotel would not refund my money and basically, it is what it is. This hotel was less than 1/2 full and I can see why... Terrible business practices, unclean room, lumpy hard bed and virtually no service. STAY at another place... even a Motel 6
Shame on you HOTELS.COM for misleading me into getting another room and it costing me for both Hotels.com for the same nights!!
STILL HAVE NOT HEARD from this hotel... pitiful!!
