I had a good experience. It was a basic room, no special amenities. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good but the dining area was a bit dull. They did not have a hot breakfast on the Sunday morning during my stay.

No pool open No room service to clean out trash No coffee in the room at all Never was told that you have to ask for room service to pick up trash or leave coffee Had to move from room 218 to room 208 reason was that toilet was broken and room was out of service But they still rented out room 218 Room 218 the toilet was shut off for reasons I didn’t know but in the middle of the night when using the bathroom I found out why the toilet was shut off The toilet was broken and there was water all over the floor Will never stay there again I haven’t even heard from the Manager or the Hotel Very very bad service

The pictures on the website are not accurate, they make the rooms look much cleaner and nicer than they are, this place was a wreck. When I checked in, the room they put me in was either occupied or missed by housekeeping entirely, I let the front desk know and they moved us to another room that had a putrid smell but we stayed in this room hoping it would dissipate, it didnt. We later found it was coming from the mini fridge even though it LOOKED clean it smelled like a literal dead animal had been rotting in there for a while. I gagged when I opened it and I have a strong stomach. The thin blanket thing I think is meant to look like a comforter was covered in dog hair. The one blanket under the sheet thing meant to look like a comforter was a very thin fleece like blanket that was not warm at all, the heat only worked on or off, the temp control thing must have been broken because it would be sweltering no matter what "temp" we put it on so it could only be controlled by turning it on or off. The entire place was filthy, there was a bunch of what I am hoping was dried mud behind the door. The paint was chipping everywhere and something reddish/pink splattered on the walls and ceilings, rust running down the walls under the sink, the thin laminate flooring was buckling in places. There was also signs everywhere that said effective march 25 2025 they will not allow someone residing in Great Falls or the surroundings areas to book there. Which was also weird.

Parking options were good. The room was okay, could use some updates and deep cleaning. The area was very loud. It sounded like a building was being torn down in the middle of the night. The walls are also paper thin so I could hear everything happening in the hallway well after midnight.

Place was nice, real good price, just dirty. Rooms need a good wipe down and vacuum into the corners Kids found a floor lemon 🍋 so that was intertaning. Looks like old spills over the furniture and walls. And two wall boogers in the bathroom. Oh ya, window was broken in the one room. Kids thought it was bullet holes. So that freaked them out. but closer look, looks like pellet gun holes.
