The hotel is cold and sterile. Although staff was kind our experience was not what we expect from any hotel. Arrived early on our flight. They checked us in and stored luggage in a room off the lobby, accessible by anyone. Lobby is large undecorated room with several chairs and sofas. K
Just a big white roomNo coffee, water, tv, music. Available restroom was a dirty unlabeled closet in a back hall behind a closed unmarked door. Multiple travelers in our situation. Walked about town and had lunch,returned at 1PM and sat until 4PM. We were told our room. Would be ready 3:30-4. 30 people returning from 2PM til 4. No one addressed by staff. At 4 someone walked in off the street from a taxi and was immediately given a key. Everyone then went to desk and all paperwork and keys were already set up .we were given our key and as we went to or room found ours and everyone else were given keys that didnt work. The roo. Had no window, no phone. No chair. Only place to sit is on bed. Additional fee of $38 added with an apology for not sure what. Almost $300 for a cold sterile ininviting room with no hitel amenities. Never again. Would never recommend. We asked for assistance with ordering a taxi for our cruise transport the next day. Since our boarding time was well.past check out they did store luggage again. Staff acted like it was the first time they had been asked to do this. They were helpful but very unorganized in the process. Several
