The coffee maker in my room did not work. The tub filled up while I was showering and did not drain until after I dried off and got dressed. Otherwise, this was a comfy place.

Our stay at Birch Glen was fairly pleasant: the bed was a little hard but the room was clean and had all we needed. We really liked the big shower head and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. A/C worked excellently!

Contactless everything done over phone. After seven calls I finally got someone to give me WiFi code only to find out WiFi didn’t work anyway. Lights in room didn’t work so sat in a dark cabin all night. I wouldn’t pay $2 to stay there again. Would rather sleep in my car

It was great.. contactless check in, and out was different. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and had coffee in the room, carpet on the floor. Pet friendly, with lots of room outside for my dog to chase a stick. Game room,ice machine (the little things.) I would definitely stay there again

Was definitely a place to stay. Booked last minute and this was all we could find. Pictures are deceiving. It's an older building. Walls are thin. Can hear through them. Ice machine in the 'game room' but no bucket in the room for ice. Pillows were laughable. Bed wasn't too bad. No breakfast. Head up the road to Grandma's.

It was so easy to book this property and get into our room with keyless entry. Everything was communicated up front. The room was great, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved that we could walk right next door and get one of the best burgers and fries that we have ever had. Nice central location. Would absolutely stay there again on a return visit.

Much nicer since they remodeled it. However, everyone is using the WiFi at the same time so cell service wasn't great. Our tv didn't work when we got there. A staff member did come to our room and updated the connections. Our movie buffered the entire time. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1:00pm as there was noise, banging sounds, coming from another room. I messaged the hotel as it had been going on for several hours.Finally after about an hour, I didn't hear any banging noises. Comfy beds though.

The automated check in did not work. When you call you get a computer AI which was of no value. The owner blamed us saying that someone win the room and licked it from the inside. Not true.

Our stay was a new experience. Although the motel did text us about being a "self-serve" motel, we did not immediately open the text! We arrived shortly after check-in time to find no one at the motel, including no guests! The parking lot was empty, the office was locked and dark. The place looked deserted! After inquiring at the restaurant next door to no avail, we finally checked text messages for a phone number to call. We did and the person that answered told us it was self-check and told us our room number and lock code. Once we got it all straightened out, our stay wasn't bad. An adventure you might say! The room was clean and had most of the amenities of other motels we have stayed. My wife particularly liked the soft water and high pressure of the shower/bath. We are seniors and would definitely encourage the motel to install grab bars and non-slip strips in the bath tub. The price was reasonable and suited our needs. Would we stay here again? Now that we know what's what, sure! P.S. Other guests did show up later in the evening!
