The hotel was spotlessly clean with helpful staff. We stayed for 5 nights and over that time had Prosecco, fresh fruit and cake left in our room for us. The hotel was ideally situated near the Pantheon, close walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum as well as nice restaurants

We had a great stay at the Dimora Coppelle Hotel in Rome. The hotel itself is quite new. The interior design of the room was spectacular, sort of a Boheme and Art Deco style, with high ceilings and Italian stone floors. There is also a rooftop terrace with a great surround view of the neighborhood. We were told that at a later point they will likely build a bar to serve the terrace during summertime. Speaking of bar service: during our stay there was no bar or breakfast room but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it possible to have breakfast in our room. We received a bag filled with cookies, croissant, jam, yogurt, Nutella and juice bottles. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room. As a welcome gift, we also had received a bottle of Prosecco. The staff was always available and communication was easy via Whatsapp. Room service was flawless and very respectful. The only thing that I could imagine would possibly annoy other guests is that the windows are regular Italian windows with no special insulation. Our room was facing the street and the noise level was quite high at some times. But we took it as “Roman inner city atmosphere” and napped to the sounds of motor scooters, overhearing Italian gossip on the streets. All in all, we can definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back at some point next year.

Localização excelente. Hotel novo, bem cuidado. Funcionárias da recepção todas muito simpáticas, principalmente Lara que falava português e nos ajudou bastante com sua simpatia, gentileza e atenção. O hotel ainda não está com serviço de café da manhã, mas todos os dias entregam uma sacola com alguns itens para o café da manhã, como suco, iogurte, croissants, geleia, Nutella e torradas. Nos quartos tem uma chaleira e uma cafeteira nespresso.

We would stay here again. Limited hours for check in which differed from Expedia information. It was a bit tricky to respond to email request and give an accurate rival time when we were travelling. The lady was very friendly at check in and the lady in the breakfast area was also friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly redecorated and we looked out onto a lovely garden area. The location was great for us, being close to the train station and the sights in Florence we wanted to see.

our stay was excellent. the staff is very attentive and were most welcoming upon our arrival. Flavias personal attention to our stay was exceptional…very warm, knowledgeable and most accommodating. the only improvement that we might suggest is improving on the lighting in the room. we found it to be somewhat dark. perhaps higher wattage lightbulbs might help. Beds were very comfortable and linens were great. very pleased with our stay!!!!

Our stay here in Rome was amazing, staff was very accomodating and professional. Room was clean, large amd well finished. Location could not be better, right next to the pantheon and can walk to all the major attractions in Rome in 20mins or less.

Todo esta cerca el personal excelnte desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida. Muy atentos las habitaciones excelente muy limpias y modernos, las camas muy comodas . En las tardes te envian unas mediandas sin costo. Y nos obsequiaron una botella por habitación de champagne. En fin estamos planificado regresar muy pronto. Perfect stay, highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dimora Coppelle – everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. They replied quickly to any requests and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The hotel itself is charming and ideally located, just a short walk from most of the main attractions, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés right on the doorstep. We would happily stay here again and can warmly recommend it to others. 😊
