Staff behaviour is exceptionally good specifically Raman. He helped us above and beyond. I travelled alone with my two children. He helped us finding further route as my travelling got disrupted due to personal circumstances.

Im „Bad“ (eiskalt) konnte sich maximal eine Person aufhalten. Der Raum war Mini und nicht sauber „Restaurant“ ohne Tische… Sucht euch etwas anderes.

Motel à l'arrière d'une station essence . Chambre propre et acceptable pour une nuit de passage .Accueil improbable , personne ne répondait à nos appels passés en journée et on a bien cru rester dehors à notre arrivée. .Le gérant a finalement surgi de nulle part à la nuit tombée pour nous donner la clé. Odeur désagréable en entrant dans la chambre , confort général sommaire même si les lits étaient corrects . Bref , hôtel juste pour dépanner dans une région où les hébergements sont rares .

Booked a double room with sofa as we were 2 friends travelling so 1 could sleep on the sofa as we had in other places on our journey. Rang to confirm & the landline was dead. My friend found a mobile & called speaking to the owner who said he’d speak to the staff & sort then call us back to confirm. He didn’t. On arrival we had the misfortune to be served by a female member of staff who was rude & demanded a physical bank card before confirming which room we had despite the room being covered in advance. She snatched my card & walked off into another room out of my sight with it for over 6 minutes. On return she advised the room booked wasn’t available (despite only 3 rooms being in use all night)! I expressed my dissatisfaction with this behaviour in refusing to confirm our room & the fact that my card had been taken out of my sight for so long. She said she did this with all customers. I asked for the manager who confirmed what she had done was absolutely fine by him despite financial institutes consistently telling people never to let this happen because of potential misappropriation. He said he would place in writing that any losses through card used nefariously would be covered by him. He hasn’t days later. I cancelled my card. My bed ended up being a single blanket on the cold floor & (after my friend begged twice) an additional thin blanket which didn’t help against the huge draft from the large gap in the door. Utterly awful stay.

Trevlig ägare som gjorde sitt bästa. Iskallt rum och värmen fungerade inte. Spännande med alla kablar men det var ärliga foton på bokningssidan. Sällan det överensstämmer. Två stjärnor plus på sin höjd. Okay för en natt när allt annat är bokat. Bra med porslin, muggar, glas etc. Micro och kyl…som frös allt till is! Tunna väggar! Hörde grannen inte som hostade långt in på natten. Läge för öronproppar!
