The room was clean I expected! The AC and heater was fantastic! We slept really good! Expect the bed kind of hard but we slept good! We will come back here when we decide to take a vacation again! Thank you for everything!!

Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We’ve stayed several times and have had to extend our stay and have never had any issues. Especially letting us remain in the same room. Rene Shelby at the front desk is Top Notch. No availability is the only reason we will not stay there when working in KC.

The room had all kinds of roaches, the vents were very filthy. I was happy with the service they were very nice but the place was disgusting. I washed my clothes at a laundry mat instead due to there roach infestation. I'm scared my appliances has roaches inside of them to. I would send a picture of the roaches but it's not letting me on here.

All of the rooms in this place were smoking, when I first walked in my room immediately I can tell that the standard of cleanliness was 2 out of 10, so I brought my own cleaning supplies and re-cleaned my room. Bought new sheets, towards the end of my stay I noticed two cockroaches, air conditioning and heater do not work I do not recommend anyone spend any kind of money here because this place feels like a halfway apartment complex instead of a halfway house
