Very please to say i came from Boston trying to sell my house in Sumter sc the ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome the room was clean and peaceful im coming back and bringing family real soon only problem fire alarm went off 2.30 or 3 a.m the last night i didn't mind cause i was getting up anyway to drive back to Boston

It’s okay for a place to lay your head for 1 night

The room had roaches and the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and they didn’t want to compensate anyone for the inconvenience, no room service, no breakfast, the price of the rooms is definitely way too expensive compared to the services, 3 out of 5

Convenient but won’t be back.

Check-in was efficient. The desk closes by 9 pm and doesn’t reopen until 10 am the following morning. Room temperature was at 65 degrees upon entry. Had to adjust that to warmer. No big deal. Room has laminate wood floor. Has refrigerator, microwave and two burner flat top stove. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom austere with minimal amenities. Shower worked fine After finishing in bathroom I picked up the cloth shower mat to reveal a quarter sized roach squished into it from the underside. I left the mat on the bathroom counter so housekeeping could possibly address the issue.

DON'T GO HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE! From bugs in our first bed to a 2:30am evacuation to incompetent management this place is awful! Management would rather argue with you than give you any compensation for problems with the rooms and their mistakes. Alert: handicapped rooms have awful beds that are on a base only 6 inches off the ground! Will NEVER stay here again.

Good location. Clean. Thin walls, heard knocking all night. Beds very low & flimsy. Elevator did not work so had to use stairs. Front desk rarely answered phone. When requested extra wash cloths they never brung them. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness.

The elevator did not work my entire stay. I was placed on the third floor. The hotel is described as an extended stay hotel per the Saturday day representative at the front desk. With that descriptive statement this was the qualifier for not having an ice machine on the property. The room was clean but no dishes or pots. The representative did ask if I wanted pots. There is no individual iron and ironing board in the room.

Upon arrival we could not get into the hotel. They were not there for at least 10-15 minutes. The clerk was busy attending to several problem in the hotel. They didn’t have irons or ironing boards available. The staff seemed like they were not properly trained or didn’t care about what was going on in the facility. The lights upon entering the room didn’t work. We used the bathroom light and the lamp near the bed for light at night.
