As low as it is there’s not much to complain about or over. Very accommodating and lots of convenient stores and restaurants in walking distance. Close to the airport.

I chose that hotel for its proximity to Punta Cana airport for an overnight connection. Staff was super helpful, I contacted them on WhatsApp during the day to make sure that the frontdesk would be open after midnight because my flight was scheduled for 2am. I checked in at 3am and they remembered my messages from the previous day, which I was really grateful for. I was welcomed by two employees. Absolutely splendid service. Can't say much more since I ended up staying there just a few hours until the next morning. The room was clean, everything worked well. I wished I could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is just fine, just like any regular working-class area somewhere in the Caribbean. I bet the guests comlaining on here about the neighborhood are the kind of tourists who want to vacation in the Caribbean without getting to see what real life looks like there. Well it's not just a postcard, lol.

The only thing i can say is that if you like quiet time then this hotel is not for you. There is a residential housing in front of the hotel which on the weekend they play loud music but they do put it down at like 10-11 at night. Im dominican but live in the USA but have traveled to DR since i was a baby. so for me is not a big deal. I actually enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were nice and the place is clean. I walked into my room and it smelled like bleach. Again if you dont mind a little bit of music then this place is good.
