O hotel é muito bonito com quartos bem amplos com banheiros grandes e chuveiro excelente. A equipe está precisando de mais treinamento, pois as informações são desencontradas referente a horários. No café da café da manhã e jantar é bem percebido a falta de treino, pois eram educados mas não sabiam dar informações. A troca de pratos do Buffet é um pouco demorado.

Funcionários pouquíssimos é péssimo atendimento. Sanduíche horrível. Tudo muito longe e mal sinalizado. Ala nova precisa descer mil escadas e não se sabe onde ficam os quartos. Estacionamento super escuro e perigoso de noite. Acomodação muito escura e restaurante também. Café da manhã maravilhoso e almoço também. Cachorros de rua na área de lazer. O filho da minha vizinha foi mordido no balanço do parquinho. Os funcionário do hotel não deram assistência nenhuma, a gerente disse que lá tem esses cachorros mesmo, não ofereceu pra levar a criança em enfermaria, que aliás não tem no hotel. Não ajudam com as malas. Vc liga e pede toalhas não entregam. Telefone não atende, nem WhatsApp. O lugar é muito bonito, é uma pena o péssimo atendimento. Pista de kart não é kart, é um velotrol. Pedalinho só pode andar as vezes… enfim, não recomendo. Caríssimo e não oferecem o que fazem propaganda. Lamentável.

O quarto que ficamos me pareceu recem acabado, e a limpeza do lado de fora (no predio em que o quarto ficava) estava com sujeira de obra ainda, mas o quarto em si estava super limpo! O café da manhã foi uma decepção! Totalmente desorganizado esse sistema de escolhas . Vc acordar e nem sequer ter self-service de água e café .,além de servirem um café gelado. Tudo que pedi para minha filha do dia anterior não foi informado a cozinha . E todos com fome esperando. Eu fui a recepção e ao restaurante no dia anterior expliquei que ela é alérgica a proteína do leite . Fora a desorganização para servir um café que poderia ser simples e agradável .
