There was no one there to check us in when we arrived. We attempted to call every number available for the facility with no answer. We searched the property for a staff member to no avail. After 45 minutes we abandon our reservation and went somewhere else. After contacting the facility for a refund they said basically that we're not eligible because we didn't get there early enough in the day. Had no time was anything indicated that there was a deadline for checking in during the reservation process. Needless to say I am irritated beyond belief that I am out several hundred dollars for a reservation that I did not use. I even selected the protection in the event something had to change. I don't feel I should have to pay for rooms that we did not stay in especially since there was no staff to let us in. That' s not a me problem, that's a them problem. Please see if it's possible to issue a refund. We are a non-profit business and every penny counts. We can't afford to lose over $300 just because somebody wasn't there to do their job. I appreciate anything you can do
