We booked this property based on the photos, particularly the bedroom images, but unfortunately the room we stayed in was not the same as the one shown in the listing. It was also not made clear at the time of booking that the bathroom is shared.
During our four-night stay, using the bathroom was quite difficult to navigate. It appeared that a family may be living in the property, and with only one shared bathroom, this was not an ideal arrangement. The bedroom itself is located opposite the kitchen, which guests have to pay extra to use. After seeing the standard of cleanliness in the bathroom, we were not comfortable using the kitchen.
The main issue was the bathroom cleanliness. Given the number of people using it, I would expect it to be cleaned thoroughly every day, but this did not appear to be the case. On some days, the bathroom was quite unpleasant. The bath was black in places, there was hair around the room, the mirrors needed cleaning, and the bath mat was not changed once during our stay. Flip-flops were provided in the bedroom to use in the bathroom, which perhaps says a lot.
The check-in process itself was fine. I proactively contacted the WhatsApp number after reading another review mentioning that the intercom was not working. The owner asks guests to call 30 minutes before arrival.
On the positive side, the bedroom was very spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and we were given fresh towels. The location is also convenient due to its proximity to
