The staff were wonderful, and the space was spacious, clean and stunning. A little bit outside of the downtown core, which we appreciated as it made parking much easier. Great place to stay :)

The apartment was clean and had the kitchen utensils. It was easy to park our rental car close to the property. Our apartment was available although we arrived before the check in time. Ponta Delgada city centre is within walking distance. Overall a positive experience.

Very spacious and clean place to stay for your visit to Sao Miguel island in the Azores. Not only were the facilities and amenities amazing, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and also held our bags and provided a list of things to do, restaurants, and more. Parking is not located immediately in front of the door to enter but free parking is only a few steps away. We’d highly recommend this place for your trip to the Azores!

The property is great. But for me the people who work here really made the stay amazing. They are all kind welcoming people that did all they could to make our stay amazing. This place is well located and literally offers everything you need for your trip. From rental car services to a place to hold your bags before check-in and after check-out. If I come back I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Monaco suites. The apartment is very nice, clean and has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. We were able to check in earlier as the appliances was ready. It’s close to the airport but also close to city centre. We would stay there again if visiting the Azores.

I only had one night here because I was waiting for a flight in the early morning… And I wish I had had more time because it is a lovely place. It was spacious and spotless and comfortable and had a really nice garden that I would have spent time in if I could have And it is just about five minutes from the airport. They recommended a taxi driver for me and I arranged the night before for him to come, and he was prompt and spoke English and was extremely helpful. Overall, a great stay, albeit too short!

Perfect! Well equipped. The hot tub was out of order but there was good communication, the second we raised it they sorted an alternative hot tub indoors for us with no fuss. Clean, and spacious. We were sad to check out to move on. Bonus points for a comfortable sofa which none of our other accommodations had.

This is a Beautiful, fairly new construction in a quite residential part of the city. About a 20 minute want to the city center and plenty of free parking on the street in front of hotel. Grocery stores within an 5 minute walk and about 10 mins drive from airport. Despite proximity to airport, airplanes landing or taking off were not a disruption. Accommodations were large, extremely clean with plenty of towels and hairdryer provided. Basic kitchen amenities available as well as fridge and stove top in small suite and a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave in large suite. It is a family run business, extremely well organized and hospitable. We also rented a car through the hotel at a fair price with pick up and drop off at the hotel itself which made the experience that much easier. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Thank you Mónaco Suites and garden for an incredible stay!
