The location was good, great view and has a large open space. The maintenance guy was helpful and friendly. It is advertised as a serviced apartment but all they did was take out the rubbish and then not replace the liner. The floors were quite dirty (our white socks very quickly turned dark) The bed was very firm, not what we're used to and we were given 2 double blankets on each bed instead of 1 queen blanket which was strange. The shower was lovely and warm which was nice. They only gave us 2 half used rolls of toilet paper for the 2 nights so we had to go buy some more. Overall it was a comfortable stay but the kitchen is very sparse with usual supplies like bowls, cups, tea towels etc and there is limited street parking.

The view was beautiful but the property was not at all as pictured, and the check in instructions were for a different address than the one we booked, although the same management company. For the price we paid and the property expectations based on the posting, we expected a much higher quality of location. We also had a lot of trouble with hot water. It worked the first night, but then did not work with any subsequent usage. The view is beautiful but we were frustrated and upset with the property not matching what we booked.

Samuel was a wonderful host for me on arrival. He could not have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless and had all cooking utensils that you would need. Very comfortable furnishings with a fabulous Seaview.

Fantastic place to stay. The views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Each day a housekeeper came to empty bins and top up items. So unexpected service and was great. All amenities you need for a great stay. Town totally walkable with lovely shops and lots of history. Cathedral, heritage centre fantastic things to visit. Only negative was the stairs to the apartment but came away a lot fitter then when arrived

The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. Since there are lock boxes it would be very easy to supply the lock box code on the confirmation email; with the correct address of the apartments location.

So clean and new and had everything you could possibly need or want. Very spacious. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom all good size. Absolutely delightful. Loved Samuel and the owners. EVERYONE went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! Close to the waterfront! This place exceeded our expectations!
