It was exactly what we needed! We were there to visit friends for a wedding, and having a small kitchen and laundry in our hotel made our time in Bergen easier. It was nice, if not nicer, than a hotel. The studio room was perfect for my husband and me, and we will definitely use this hotel again. The key card is your phone rather than the kiosk in the lobby/entrance; although it worked, it did malfunction when we tried to check in, but the help desk over the phone was amazing and couldn't have been more kind and polite to assist.

For a serviced apartment, it was acceptable. The apartment was clean and functional. It's also in a good location so easy to access they key areas of Bergen. On the down side, the building is like an Alfred Escher design. The rooms are sign posted well enough, but you go up and down multiple stairs (with luggage!) due to multiple buildings being part of the property. The check-in was a bit complicated to get in and get keys for the rooms and the way the locks work (sometimes you need to key to lock the apartment). I also had to set up the app which is fine, but paying for the rooms since I had two rooms needed some customer support.

This was a very interesting experience.Especially since the hotel workers were on strike. The checking processor's done totally by a phone text and email with no one in person to help, but luckily it all went well.

The location is supreme for getting around the city. You are one block away from the harbor and no more than 15 minutes. Walk from any of the main attractions. Even the bus terminal where many of the excursions pick up from is a five minute walk. The accommodations are very clean and modern. I really did. Enjoy my stay here. Be prepared to purchase your own food, which can be helpful in saving money because Norway is quite expensive. There is a grocery store, not even five minutes walk from the location. my only complaint is that there is no water, pitcher or napkins. If you aren’t going to make coffee, you can use the coffee pot to hold water, but be prepared to purchase napkins.

Das Apartment ist die ideale Unterkunft, um als Gruppe Bergen zu erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, super zentral, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung (z.B. Föhn, Steamer, Spülmaschine) und ist sehr geräumig. Einzig die Betten sind recht schmal und so gestellt, dass sie nur von einer Seite begehbar sind. Der Ausblick ist mit etwas Glück super in Richtung des Wassers ausgerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Check-in ist nicht ganz selbsterklärend, da alles digital ohne umfangreiche Anleitung erfolgt.

Fabulous apartment, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, in a great location close to Bryggen and the room was very quiet. Check-in system and app worked perfectly 🙂
