Pleasant stay - So So customer service

Room allocated was on Level 3, however I was expecting a room at ground floor. The only problem going to room was lift which felt like very suffocating. They didn't provide cold water where as complimentary water bottles (hot due to weather) were on the table in room. Hotel people charged me Rs 60 + taxes for a cold water bottle. Food from Hotel Kitchen was good. Wi Fi is very pathetic, it didn't even open google.

The hotel overcharges. There is no facility. People open doors without waiting for the guest. The bathroom is very dirty. No good soaps available.

Dirty hotel, awful breakfast buffet!

The toilet didn't flush, the shower was dirty and not inviting at all (although there was hot water), the beds were super narrow, mattresses very thin and the bed sheets were dirty. The breakfast "buffet" had the choice of some old bananas, 3 Indian dishes and toasts as hard as stones touched by the buffet man who picked his nose a number of times before taking with his hands the toasts and handing them to us. The milk was like water. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

A friendly and budget hotel with good location

I stayed in Rockwell Plaza for 4 nights and I found this hotel acceptable with this sort of room rate. Good location and not far from Karol Bagh Metro Station and the market for little shopping and refill. Friendly and helpful hotel staff and free internet service so that you can check your email all the time.

Nice location

The location of the hotel is great for shopping since it is located on karol bagh. The personnel were very friendly. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the size of the room which are smaller then what we expected from the photos. Also, the A/C, in several rooms is very loud. So overall, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5.

Close to bustling shopping street, also McDonald's! Metro nearby. 90 rupee prepaid taxi from rail station. Hotel is spotless, staff are helpful and pleasant. Rooms are basic but adequate. Breakfast is simple buffet style. Neighbourhood is busy and crowded. I recommend this hotel

Good value for Delhi

We stayed at Rockwell plaza on three occasions. While it is not top of the line hotel, it is a good value for the money in Delhi. It is close to the metro and is relatively clean. The service staff is extremely helpful and breakfast is pretty good. The have various quality room for the same price, and room 305 was the best one we stayed in. Not all rooms had a refrigerator.

Oh what a lovely stay we had, staff where so nice and willing to help in any way they could. From directions to a nice place to eat, as for location, your right in the middle of a great market street. When the lights go down, the street comes alive. We will defiantly stay there again...
