One elevator working for the entire hotel, with no access to any stairs from the lobby. We ended up having to carry luggage down from the 5th floor to outside and then walk into the lobby to check out.
The AC in the room didn’t work, so we were miserably hot and didn’t sleep. I did call the front desk and they sent someone to look at it while we were gone, but it didn’t seem to fix anything.
Rooftop is cool, but bar wasn’t open so we couldn’t take advantage.
Bed was very old feeling, like you could feel the springs poking you.
I definitely do not thing this place lives up to what I expect from a Hyatt, and think we absolutely overpaid.
The area is convenient to things, but overall kind of dingy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would absolutely never stay there again.
