員工親切但訓練不足，提出下載加入IHG會員後可以提早入住但加入之後卻告知搞錯了⋯ 另外房間及房間中間都有門，不知道是否因為此緣故導致隔音很差 地點不如敘述的這麼方便，附近的工程從去年到現在都還沒完成，很多路面泥濘及關閉。 總結如果只是為了停留一天趕隔日班機仍可以選擇。

O hotel é muito limpo e com boas condições, muito sossegado. O AC estava para frio o que não foi muito agradável considerando que estava frio no exterior. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade mas bom. A cerca de 10min a pé da estação (bons meios de transporte) e 25min do centro de Amesterdão.

Great location. Right by the airport, and easy access by public transport or by car. We used the car method to get around. Not for the faint of heart. Roads are VERY complicated to navigate, even with WAZE. And we have lived in Europe for a number of years, and it was still a challenge. But the hotel gave us a place to retreat to after of days of sightseeing and getting out into the countryside of the Netherlands.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Be aware that this area is outside the Amsterdam tram system. If you want to take a tram from here then you will have to pay additional for the fare or for the multi-day transportation pass. Our bedroom was comfortable except for the fact that there are no drawers or cupboards for storing clothes. See the photo. There were only six hangers and a couple of shelves in the room. Disappointing. The hotel web site does not tell you that there is considerable construction around it. The view from both windows of our room was really disappointing. See the photos. The shower is very nice and the bathroom is good. Breakfast is good. We liked the stylish breakfast eating area. The staff was accommodating to special requests. One thing the hotel needs to change is the fact that a large, smelly ashtray is situated just outside the main door, next to the bench. You can't sit on the bench because of the smell. And the smell of cigarettes enters the lobby through the doors. Most businesses have a requirement that smoking be done at least 10 m from a doorway. We feel that should also be the case here. We pointed this out to the staff but there was no change while we were in the hotel. Manager please note. The carpets in our floor had stains and were worn in spots. There was no safe in the room. There is a lovely park two minutes away from the hotel with live animals and walking areas. A very relaxing space.

Excellent sejour l hotel senter bon du reveil jusqu'au coucher les hotesse d accueil toujours prete a aider tres souriante et aimable . La chambre superbe literie, cafe the et bouilloire qui est un plus importants . Dans la salle de bain il y a à plusieurs serviettes par personnes un verre pour brosse à dent séchoir, douche spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner complets . je le recommande fortement. De plus j ai eu un problème de carte au moment de payer , j avais retirer de l espèces qu il ne prennent pas. il m ont aider pendant plusieurs heure d une a me calmer en m offrants a boire ,et 2 toutes les solutions possibles par virement ❤❤

Serious issues with poor maintenance and housekeeping plague this hotel. The first room we were given, the carpetnwas soaking wet. The second roon stunk like a washing machine that had wet clothes in it for a month. After two additional room attempts, one that was clean and odor free was located. The hotel location is not great. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station and there is no bus. The hotel says it is an airport option, bit its a train ride and long walk to get there and they do not offer a shuttle. The breakfast is just okay. The coffee is mediocre. The staff in the lobby and bar are lovely and super helpful. The issues with this hotel stem from poor management and bad housekeeping.
