The lady at the reception is so kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The backyard of the motel is a huge terrain where you can hike and have a great view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Thanks!

Easy check-in. Owner very accommodating, always attentive and available. Overnight stay met my needs: Not fancy, dated rooms being updated. Safe, clean, comfortable, and quiet stay, with plenty of space for my dog's needs. Would stay here again.

they are doing some renovations, not at all intrusive - new appliances. Very nice staff and conveniently located. Thank you. We would certainly stay here again.

Wasn’t glamorous, but very clean, good location on the main strip, and the owners were fantastic! Beautiful sunset from the property (owned by the motel) in back. Very close to great restaurants and the owner is a local so can make good recommendations. What motor hotels used to be … Do recommend!

It was adequate for our stay. It needed to be updated a little and the fact that there was no chain for the door made us a little uneasy, but it ended up being an ok stay.

The property was fine. It was just rather old and worn. The couple who own it are fixing it up and seem to really want to make it better. My room was clean, with new sheets and bedspread. There is a large field behind it that you can let a dog run. Not sure if it is fenced. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our Utah/ Colorado vacation. This hotel was a little dated and didn't look like much from the outside, but inside it was nice and clean!! The owner of the establishment is jovial and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her guests. She even let me borrow her personal hairdryer the night we stayed. The scenery in the back of the hotel is beautiful!! I can't wait to see updated pictures of the remodeling job that they are currently doing!! :)
If you need a comfy place to rest your head, a warm shower to rinse off the dirt from your hike, and don't mind staying in a "mom and pop" operation, then you will really enjoy this hotel as I did :)
