No phone in the room, no holder for the TP in the bathroom, no shelf or rack for the towels. Âd claims free breakfast but was only granola bars and old fruit. No coffee pot in the room. For $ 140 a night I would have expected more. It was more like a $ 80 a night hotel. We stayed a week and the hallways were never swept or vacuumed. Dirty and needing updates.

We booked the place because it was cheap. I knew what I was getting for the price. Let’s put it that way. The line to check in was pretty long and there’s only one man working at the window. He’s not overly talkative or friendly, but whatever. I finally get my keys. I grab all my stuff out of my car, walk to the room and my keys won’t work… I walk all the way back to the window. Ask the people waiting in line still if they mind me cutting in front of them because my keys aren’t working. He then gave me two new keys. I walk all the way back to my room and they don’t work again. At this point, I walk back to the window. I tell him they’re not working and he tells me he’s going to send a maintenance man to change the batteries in the lock. After waiting for 20 more minutes, I finally went back to the window and I told him I needed to get in my room I had somewhere to be. He gave me a different room and that one opened. The first thing I noticed when entering the room is that it was hot and humid. The air was completely off. I will say the air conditioner was pretty much brand new and the room cooled down quickly, but it didn’t make getting ready a little difficult as I was sweating until it did finally cool down. We left to go to a concert and when we came back later, we just wanted to go to bed… That’s when we realize the pillowcases were filthy. At that point, we just grabbed pillows off the other bed that looked like they were clean and went to bed.

While the room was clean, it seemed to be under renovation. I must say the guy at reception when I checked in needs to be a little more accommodating. I had a small request to be given an upper level room. His tone was not good. He could have said the same thing with a better attitude. When checking out the other guy was very polite and for this reason I might consider staying there another time

Arrogant GUY checked us in. Not helpful at all. In room, two remotes for tv but neither worked. Tried to call front desk but realized there was no phone. Was given a third remote but still didn’t work. Given a fourth remote and the GUY wanted it back when we went to sleep. ARE TOU KIDDING ME?! Next morning we go to get breakfast in the lobby. Granola bars, oranges, bananas, juice and coffee was breakfast. A different GUY behind the counter said they’ve told all the sites about not having breakfast but they still post it. Would not recommend this place at all!!!

The gentleman at the front desk did not seem to enjoy his job. He was not welcoming or engaging. He was just simply doing as little as it took to get the job done. When we got to our room, it seemed relatively clean other than the bathroom. There was a lot of stuff that had dripped on the faucet in the tub, which made me think it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The fixture for the sink faucet was very loose, which should be an easy fix. And the room was a very loud. We could hear through the walls like they were paper thin.
