Reservation not found after payment / confirmation
I booked my accommodation a couple of weeks before my trip and received my confirmation and contact's number after my payment was accepted. However, when I arrived at the location, the desk clerk could not find my reservation and the contact did not respond to calls. No one including the hotel responded to my calls. After spending a frustrating and fruitless 3 hours ,I had to book another hotel. I have returned home and the hotel has not responded to my emails and request for a refund. Nightmare!
