When we arrived we were told there was a deposit. We didn’t have funds for a deposit at the time and weren’t aware of a deposit.

They've Got a Ways to Go...

I've stayed here a few months ago. It's good. Most rooms have recently been renovated: clean, new fresh bed linen and towels. The bed is comfortable. The property is still pretty rough, but underway. Nice variety on the free breakfast offerings.

Hotel is under construction. But the room was clean. Management needs to pay attention to small details. We only had 1 washcloth in our bathroom. Also, the breakfast, while nice, you were not permitted to take food to your room. You had to eat in the designated area. Signs were posted in elevator saying you would receive a $20 charge if they found food in your room from the breakfast.

Hotel was not in good shape One room needed to be switched to another due Possible mold and poor cleaning

This place was grossly misrepresented in the pictures, I was planning on staying here for a wedding and chose not to drink so I didn't have to sleep here afterwards, it's bad. Real bad.

Disgusted. Half the building was torn apart, vacant wrecked rooms just a few meet away from ours with no doors, some doors without handles, boarded up windows, sticky side tables with mystery substances on them and the walls. A medical mask under the bed. Curtains weren’t wide enough for the windows, total lack of privacy. Burn holes and some hard glue-like substance on the paper thin blanket on the bed. Total false advertisement. And I paid $225 to stay in a trap house.

It was a room to sleep in for a night

We needed to wipe down the counter tops in the bathroom…Coffee grounds, bed was comfortable. Room needed to be updated. Settling marks in ceiling. Having two additional doors of entry to the room from the sides was concerning.

So this is my second time here I guess it’s 3 hotels in one that don’t change the hotel or staff. I left a very expensive pair of bone conduction earbuds I hadn’t been anywhere else since I left the hotel all my stuff was still in the car but it wasn’t there. They claim they didn’t find them but I don’t believe there no way they just got up and disappeared I wouldn’t recommend this place they never even took steps to try to rectify the situation if your gonna party and get messed up ya that’s the place to go.

This hotel is in its rebirth era!

The signs on the hotel did not match the name on the booking, making it difficult to know if you are entering the correct building. There is trash and building materials in the parking lot, making parking difficult. The inside of the hotel is out of date and sloppy but clean. The room we stayed in had been updated and was nice. THE BEDS ARE VERY VERY FIRM, but it has great pillows. Don't waste your time with breakfast, while it was not terrible, it was not good. The eggs seem like they are made from powder. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere after our first visit. I would not stay here again if I could avoid it. The price does not currently match the accommodations.

Doesn’t look very appealing from outside, lots of construction both out and in. Room was decent.

A comfortable labyrinth.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was large and nice but the channel selection is absolutely terrible. The breakfast selection was pretty lacking but I do appreciate it was free. Ice machines were nearly impossible to find in the maze of halls. At least one finally worked.

Pool was "temporarily " closed as was the spa/sauna. Not sufficient plug in or lighting, at bed stand. Clearly under construction/renovations. Tickets were issued for "complimentary" breakfast, the handicap room was the furthest from the dining room/pool, ice machine and lobby/ snackbar. 2 day stay room was not remade and the floor was dirty, as well as slippery when wet ie. Shower.

I was charged more than the reservation price and eventually was able to get a credit, but still have not been reimbursed the security deposit. They could not provide me with a receipt, said to contact Hotels.com Hotel is now named Ramada so caused confusion trying to locate. Hotel is very run down. I see they are renovating, but tons of work required on this place.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room could use a little repair. The second floor ice machine was not working so when went down to get ice from the front desk she gave s tiny bag of ice. It was enough for two cup. The problem there were 4 of use.

The first room I booked, had a leftover food and containers in the refrigerator and the bed was dirty and then went to retrieve another room and the keys did not work and then I went to retrieve the right keys to find out that my microwave refrigerator lamps TV and everything did not work on that side of the rooms

SUPRISED!

Driving up, at first I questioned my choice. The exterior was very unkept-the grounds overgrown. Upon entering, I could see interior renovation was underway. At check in, there were several ahead of me-the clerk apologized for the delay and upgraded me to a first floor king room. It was nice. The bed was very comfortable...the climate control efficient...the bathroom clean=plenty of new towels! The morning breakfast area was clean with a pleasing hot/cold food presentation. I say Bravo for an exceptional over all experience!

The property was recently purchased by another chain and is in dire need of renovation. In addition to this, pets are also allowed and a dog could be heard barking most of the night.

Hotel is in despair. No housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights, i had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. Hotel is old and in desperate need of a proper renovation. They said my room was renovated, I'd hate to see the non renovated rooms. Place smelled of smoke, dirty. My bathroom door had dry blood (or whatappeared to be) in various spots. I dont recommend staying here, when theres other options close by. No signage either. This hotel will become 3, Ramada, Best Western Plus and Delta Lansing.

This hotel was a Ramada ! I stayed here two weeks ago and its name was and is Clarion ! Lansing Delta west does not exist! I would not have booked this hotel if I had known it was the Clarion !

I'm not sure there is anything unique here. Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. The pool was nice, and the room it was in was pretty warm.
