Outstanding service, room, and sleep quality. We loved being able to peer out onto Main Street from our room and enjoyed the comfortable bed and excellent shower. Finn was a terrific host. The ONLY thing we think could be improved are the nightstand table lamps. They were just barely bright enough to read, so 3-way bulbs would help. Other than that, this was easily the best hotel experience I've had in Bisbee, and I've stayed there at least 10 times over the past 19 years, Excellent hotel.

Very nice room. Do not really expect a breakfast, unless a piece of cake and coffee is sufficient for you. Also, there is a narrow and steep staircase with no elevator option. Not suitable for older/disabled.

What an absolute gem of a place! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It felt like we were staying in a mansion of our very own. The rooms are renovated, spacious and very clean. The beds are so soft and the robes are like being wrapped in a cloud. We had a street side room. The view was great and we didn’t find the traffic too noisy. Really appreciated the breakfast goodies. The baked good were beyond delicious! Definitely will be back.

The lofts are on the 2nd floor, we had a view of the main street. The hospitality of the two women working was above average and the rooms were absolutely adorable and I appreciated the fresh tulips in our room. Bed was very comfortable, there is a bit of noise from motorcycle and muscle cars, but they even privided ear plugs, but we did not need them. After perusing around the city, this is the only place i would stay, it is upscale while keeping the integrity of the time period.

The Letson has well appointed, nice comfortable rooms in an excellent location. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the room with a view we reserved as the air conditioning was out. We were given another room which was very nice.

10/10-highly recommend! Fin was very welcoming and courteous. The room gorgeous and spacious, the shower relaxing with plush soft luxurious towels, that bed-marshmallow cloud happiness and the skylights added that extra touch!! We came to relax and that is exactly what we did, sunk into the bed and slept my best sleep I have ever slept!. Right in the center of it all, park then walk, and enjoyed the town. A perfect spot, we will definitely be back! -Relaxed & Rested
