It was a reasonable price when all the other hotels were twice or three times as expensive. It is a good hotel when you want to just visit the Prado and Retiro Park.

Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Despite arriving very early the lovely gentleman moved our room to allow us to check in early, much appreciated after a 2am start. The room was SO good, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Extra generous touches like a coffee machine added to the stay. Can't recommend enough. We regret only staying one night. Thank you

Pleasant Stay, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement I stayed at HA ApartHotel for five days in October 2026. Overall, it was a good stay, with a generally nice room, friendly staff, and good facilities. The location is also convenient if you don’t mind walking a little to get to the city centre. The hotel is very close to the park, which is a lovely bonus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. When I arrived, the floor had not been vacuumed, and there were white stains on the bedside table that could easily be wiped off. I put the signs on the door requesting room cleaning, but even after that, the floor still had not been vacuumed. I continued to find long hairs and small pieces of rubbish, such as paper, on the floor. There were also stains on the bedding, including red lipstick on one pillow and noticeable marks on another pillow. This is not the standard of cleanliness one should expect. I would be happy to stay at ApartHotellet again, as I was otherwise satisfied with my stay. However, I would expect a much higher standard of housekeeping from the outset, with the room properly cleaned and ready for guests upon arrival.

The property is inside a commercial building on the 4th floor, which at the beginning sounded weird, but it ended up being a good option for a good stay in Madrid close enough to parque del retiro, but far away from all The noise of la Gran Vía.

Ecco una versione corretta e migliorata della tua review: ⸻ Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo aparthotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere sono praticamente nuove, arredate con uno stile minimalista davvero piacevole. È perfetto per un weekend in città: la cucina è completa di tutti gli accessori necessari e anche il bagno, con la sua doccia moderna, è molto comodo. L’unica cosa che potrebbe migliorare è la mancanza di una cassaforte in camera per custodire passaporto e oggetti importanti. Molto utili anche i locker situati all’ingresso della reception, ideali per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Infine, il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Muy horrible situación La segunda noche cambiaron la contraseña del edificio principal, sin avisarnos, llegamos a la una de la mañana con una bebé, en pleno frío, y tuvimos que estar afuera por unas dos horas, tratando de comunicarnos para que nos pasaran la nueva clave. Y nunca la pasaron ni nos contestaron Gracias a Dios, una persona salió del edificio y le pedimos permiso para entrar. Adicional tiene estufa, pero no tiene sartenes, por lo que no puedes cocinar nada. Abajo hay dos bares, pero a la redonda no hay absolutamente nada para comprar
