Modern and clean property, easy walk to Newborn Monument. Reception manager Majlind was very helpful and organised all my outings with taxi fares the same as locals pay. I could not have had such a good vacation in Pristina without his help.

Overall excellent value for the money. Breakfast was adequate, my room 208, was delightful, but the shower/bath was old and worn out. The whirlpool didn’t work and the door was uneven. There was little natural light. Walking from the bus station was an experience- I wouldn’t feel safe after dark. Location very good. The highlight is the lovely staff!

This hotel is great for a city trip to Pristina. It’s in a great location, just a 5- to 10-minute walk to downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist with even the smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use as it was undergoing maintenance. Nevertheless, I would be happy to stay here again should I ever be in the area and need somewhere to stay.

Staff were excellent,informative and very helpful Breakfast was average, but appreciated eggs cooked to order. What let breakfast down was only being allowed to have 1 cup of coffee. On the whole a good friendly hotel, rooms a bit tired in terms of decor. Would stay there again and recommend to others

Rooms are much better than what the pictures show. The lady at the reception Yon was so helpful. She speaks excellent English, which was another positive. The restaurant staff was obliging too

The hotel was unfortunately very worn and in need of renovation. The room was also dated with a broken shower. Unfortunately the pool was also closed. What was good though was the staff who were very helpful. The location was also good just like breakfast was included.

The room was lovely and warm, the breakfast, not a buffet, was very contonental but good except that you were only allowed one cup of coffee. There was a kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee but the staff were lovely.
