Excellent location near the town centre, parking is very convenient and safe. The manager Marek, was very helpful and handled the check-in process with no issues. The room was an excellent size with all the facilities, everything was well maintained and clean. Will definitely book the hotel again when in the area.

Absolutely fabulous we stayed in a family room (5 of us) absolutely every we needed in the room kitchen with everything in it. Could not complain about anything the kids had a wonderful stay not far from city centre on top of everything.

Lovely guest house, just 10 minutes walk from Watford Underground station and 15 minutes from town centre. Didn't see any staff, but spoke to someone on the phone to gain entry via keypad. I had a compact double on the second floor. Room spotlessly clean, full size fridge stocked with bottled water, microwave, iron and ironing board, flat screen tv, kettle and a generous supply of tea and coffee etc. Compact bathroom with shower, plenty if towels and some toiletries. Comfortable bed, some road noise as the hotel is on a busy main road, but fairly low level. Didn't try breakfast, but I believe they do a continental for £6. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially as a base to explore central London. 45 minutes on the Underground. Will certainly stop again next time I am in the area.

Couldn’t book any other room but the basic single one. Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and tidy but like student digs from the early 80’s. Shower was clean but very very basic, and the floorboards creaked with every step Thank god I was only there for 2 hours sleep before my early train!

Henkilökunta oli loistavaa ja avuliasta. Hotelli sijaitsi hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella, pääsi bussiin ja juna-asemalle helposti. Pieniä ruokakauppoja myös löytyi läheltä. Huone oli perus siisti, mutta vaatisi pientä kunnostusta. Mikro, jääkaappi löytyi. Myös vedenkeitin, mutta siinä oli vanhat vedet ja keittimen pohja oli liejuinen. Jos on herkkäuninen, käytävä/muista huoneista kantautuvat äänet kuten kolinat yms, kuuluvat todella herkästi huoneeseen. Äänieristys on siis huono. Myös ulko-oven pamahtelu kuului huoneeseen jatkuvasti. Alue missä majoitus sijaitsi oli rauhallinen, mutta huoneemme ei ollut.

This hotel is fine if you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful. The shared bathroom left a lot to be desired but I was there for one night between work days so I just showered at work. Only having someone on reception until 6pm feels odd too, it works with the codes etc but I literally didn’t see a staff member the whole time.

Was placed in room 3, 2nd floor. Which had a double and single and sofa bed. Also had a small kitchen area with a fridge freezer. Bathroom had a bath with a shower. Shower was very powerful. Room was basic but clean and everything I needed for 2 nights. I was female staying on my own. Felt safe. The only let down I saw was the communal stairs reallyed needed a good vacuum. Carpark was large and plenty of space and free of charge.

Stayed June 20 & 21, 2026. The directions were great, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The 2 nights were very hot & humid! Didn't know how to open the windows, thought they needed keys, but they didn't. We're from Canada so the windows are different. Luckily we had a fan in the room to help us sleep the 1st night. With the windows open the 2nd night, we still needed the fan for comfort. Apparently the UK was having a heat wave! Sam, the owner/manager (?) was very responsive and helpful. He comped us breakfast for our discomfort. How generous & it was much appreciated! I wasn't keen on sharing a bathroom with another room but we had no choice, the BnB we had booked, cancelled on us only 5 weeks prior to arriving and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. This Guest House had only this room without a private bathroom available. First time using Expedia to book accommodations. All in all, thank you to the staff & to Sam, for a good stay.
