Our room was immaculate. We had a first floor room with a patio door opening directly out to the pool area. The beautiful beach was walking distance. Very kind service. The breakfast was typical hotel fare - but hit the spot on our way to the airport.

So close to being a great hotel. Location, continental breakfast, pool, & comfort are good. A few of the head staff were wonderful. The younger girl, however, was extremely rude & lacking in basic customer service. Aside from our personal confrontations with her, we witnessed other guests having their own issues and arguments. She never offered a helpful word or advice, she simply continued to argue and accuse us all of being in the wrong. She demanded examples of her negative behavior. She was MIA or yawning when she was on night duty and could have cared less about being helpful. She became highly defensive when questioned why no one was there when we and other guests arrived to check in. She was excellent at scolding guests & giving excuses for her own behavior. We were also highly disappointed to learn that despite paying for a luxury experience, they lost their liquor license (no alcohol at the bar) and there was no restaurant or food truck on the premises as advertised. A notice and a coupon to somewhere else would have been appropriate. There are no welcoming lights on the building... Our Uber driver had to drive around the block a few times until we figured out where the entrance was. A leaking ceiling dripped on my head as I sat with the manager to express my concerns. Certainly not the worst place I've stayed, but would not pay 4/5 star prices for a 2 1/2 star hotel again.

Room is great, close to beach and Marina Village. $30 “resort fee” for absolutely nothing. At check in we were told we are not close to any restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to all kinds of food. Horrible breakfast, no food at 945am. Poor girl tried to make some for people waiting. 35 minutes of waiting and food was cold. No one ate. Poor service.

Beautiful hotel rooms

We loved the hotel. The rooms were surprisingly beautiful and nicer than I'd expect for the price point. The breakfast bar was also beautiful, but wished there was a little more variety. My only complaint...The pillows were the overly stuffed decorative full full type that I don't know how anyone could sleep on them. Luckily we were able to get replacement pillows brought to the room. It's kinda weird that the front desk staff has a dining table instead of a proper checkin area, but not a big deal.

Beautiful hotel

Smaller hotel, but fully remodeled, beautiful rooms and right across from the beach. The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was very roomy. But...two things..... the door doesn't have a peep hole to see who's outside. Also, some sort of sound barrier would be good to put up in-between the rooms where the doors conjoin, the people next to us were so loud.

Staff was super helpful and let us check- in before noon. Pool area was modern and clean. Loved the touch of monogrammed robes and slippers in the room. Close walking to the marina. Overall a great value for the money.

This hotel was beautiful. Great views. They thought of everything at this property, great amenities in bathroom, shower was amazing, there was a tucked away space for luggage in the room, comfortable bed, refrigerator and sink area were high quality and breakfast foods were delicious - waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cream cheese, lox, great coffee, pastries and melon. They offered a beach cart with cooler, towels, umbrella and chairs - wonderful! Reception staff was pleasant. Only downside was the bar wasn’t able to provide any beverages (something about liquor license). We would definitely return!
