1. initially the hotel didn’t want to honor our reservation - „we don’t have rooms for 4 people“, even though that’s what I reserved
2. then the hotel didn’t give me the room keys - they just claimed they didn’t receive my deposit transfer.
3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didn’t let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!)
4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit.

It was okay
Our stay was great. The only problem we had was the room has no windows, and no air conditioning unit or fan was provided . It was too hot and stiffling, apart from this the rooms can use a few bed side table. The room was spotless, I cannot say anything negative about the cleanliness. S
