I appreciate the very kind and welcoming woman at the front desk. The property was pretty old and the parking kind of sucks. The jacuzzi tub in our room is really old and not very attractive, but worked fine. There are no elevators so you’ll have to climb stairs with your luggage. It was located on the end of the Prom so there were a lot of people using the beach access parking area. We were hoping to hear waves but heard cars coming and going from the gravel parking lot. I was hoping for more, but it was ok.

Clean, decent amenities with the kitchenette. Half of the lighting was the blue light tint and half was the warm tint. Please get rid of the blue tint lighting as it makes the room cold and uninviting. An entry rug would be useful inside the main door. Walls and ceiling are thin. We could hear the neighboring showers, fans, stomping and everything. Staff are warm and friendly. Shower was nice and hot. Beds are stiff foam. We had a two bedroom suite. The one bedroom had a small window that faced the walkways and even with blinds closed let in a lot of light from the outdoor hallway. It would be great if they provided a blackout curtain for that. Overall good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Shore! The location was fantastic; at the south end of Seaside, merely steps from the beach. It was clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, and they even had treats for our dog! We will be back.

While the stay itself was fine, I was extremely disappointed to be hit with $100 in arbitrary post-stay charges. We traveled with two small dogs and proactively paid the $60 pet fee. Despite only being in the room for 12 hours, the hotel charged us an additional $100, claiming they "couldn't get dog hair out" of a blanket. As a long-time dog owner, I find it hard to believe a standard professional laundering wouldn't suffice—especially when a pet fee was already collected to cover extra cleaning. ​ More concerningly, they claimed we took a blanket from a drawer. We absolutely did not take anything from the room. These accusations feel like a predatory way to inflate the bill. I would caution pet owners and travelers alike to document everything before checking out of this property

The location is perfect. It's on the promenade but not in the busiest part. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was really nice, as well as the fireplace. I love how dog friendly the hotel is. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was great! I wish the fireplace had a thermostat and I know that’s something tiny and picky, but I love having it on, but it gets hot really quickly and then you have to open the door to mitigate. The bed was super comfortable, everything was really clean. Loved the little touch of a bag of Christmas candy on the desk. Hotels need smart TVs now! That was one of our biggest bummer. We had to watch Netflix on my computer. I know I know, again, kind of picky. But we are coming into the age where people typically don’t just watch cable anymore. Love the location! You could walk right down to the beach. That’s the best part of this hotel. The bathtub was touted as Jacuzzi, but it was smaller and older… Needs to be bigger and be upgraded at some point. It was definitely not one that I would turn on the jets!

Staff is amazing. Had a nice conversation with Andrew upon check in. He was super nice and made check in enjoyable. Room was ready early. Very nice nice room for the price. Love that they give you salt water taffy that is such a wonderful touch. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was extremely hot and we were unable to adjust it to cool it off. We ended up opening the sliding glass doors and leaving them open most of the night because it was so hot - and it was the end of November so it was cold outside. The TV did not work. One of the pieces of flooring was lifted in the middle of the floor and I stepped on it in the middle of the night. It did not cut me thank goodness but it hurt and left a mark.
