Lovely country pub, with beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were welcoming and food good value.
The rooms could be imroved by having somewhere to put your clothes, even a chair or a hanger on a coat rack, but ours ended up on the floor. There was a hairdryer under the sink in the shared kitchen, but I would prefer one in the room. I would also prefer tea/coffee making facilities in the room, rather than walking down the corridor to make a drink in the shared kitchen. The continental breakfast was good, and was left in the shared kitchen, but a tray would have been useful to carry it back to the room.
There are no TVs in the room, which is unusual.
I would check they are serving food when you are staying.
Its a great pub, and I would stay again.
