4/10 一般

We won’t return. We chose this property based on the photos/reviews and the included parking that was mentioned when we book. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told we needed to book parking separately despite the ad clearly stating there was one parking spot per room. After screenshotting it and sharing it with the agent via WhatsApp she refused to honor parking and blamed it on hotels.com. Parking in this neighborhood is terrible. The building looks terrible and is in disrepair, the room itself was okay.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and she was helpful when the ferry arrived two hours late. I’ve also never been to such a clean hotel before…most often I see reviews for “clean” places, and they end up being mediocre. But this place is spotless and the bedding is very clean! I’ve never felt so refreshed after such a gross ferry ride 😂 Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!
